Hi...I'm having probs with finding a registry cleaner and ith missing dll files from a dl game?

Question

right 1st of i need a registry cleaner thats free to both scan and fix afterwards not like the ones that u have to pay forafter its scans ur puter..2nd im havinprobs with missin dll files n a game i got from mininova.i got a binkw32 file ok and a vorbis file but now its sayin there's no binkdx8surfacetype@4 file???whats this and ca the thing be fixed with a reg cleaner???..dunno if the gamecan be fixed with a reg cleaner but ill try..thanks...Gavin

Go to http://ccleaner.com and download their free Ccleaner program. Includes a registry cleaner along with temp file cleaner, Internet file cleaner, etc. Should do the trick for you.

As far as the game, is you are missing a file, have you just reinstall it?

You will have to reinstall the game most probably. First of all uninstall it, then run the registry cleaner to remove all the registry keys that it has left behind. After reinstall the game from the setup file, it will work fine (99% chance).

there is a program called ccleaner that is free to use.It was formerly called crap cleaner.

as for the other I have no idea. if it is a downloaded game I would say uninstall it and go where you bought it and download again.you should have a key to unlock it in that case.
