What the heck is wrong with you? You have a dog that's had over 36 puppies and is STILL unfixed, you leave your cats to run around outside UNSPAYED, you let the mom give birth OUTSIDE (with one kitten dying), and now you can't afford to take your animal to the vet?
Please, round up all your animals and bring them to a shelter so that they can find a good home. You are not worthy.
The kitten needs vet care. You should have thought about this BEFORE you allowed the mother to run around outside unfixed. Now, it's YOUR responsibility to provide vet care - legally and morally. Not that I think the latter actually affects you in any form.

Are they cats with very short noses like persians?
Sometimes cats with short noses have under-developed tear ducts and need medication throughout the rest of their life to keep from developing an infection.
Can you be completely sure they are disease-free?
In some cases yucky eyes are a sign of disease.
Otherwise, sometimes baby animals have blocked tear ducts. Use a warm cloth to wipe their eyes as needed. Some people suggest massaging the tear ducts (although that is something I don't believe) and they should grow out of it soon.
I really really really suggest you take them to a vet. If it's something serious, fixing it now could be a lot less expensive than trying to fix it later. At least give your vet a call and describe the symptoms and get some idea of the cost.

I found a kitten and it had the same symptoms. It was an eye infection that needed antibiotics, immediately!! Take the kitten to the vet ASAP. See if the vet will take small payments??

You're going to have to make some sacrifices and scrape the money together for a vet trip. It sounds like she has a really bad eye infection. If left untreated she could be blinded or get septicaemia (blood infection, which can be fatal).

you are able to desire to get him to a vet. If that's not a risk, get warm water compresses and carry them to the attention. Use a washcloth and as warm of water with the aid of fact the cat will enable. this could draw the pus from the contaminated are. sparkling out the attention in many circumstances using a heat, moist washcloth. The an infection is making him experience ill. this could make him torpid. attempt somewhat peroxide on the decrease. somewhat. persist with it with a Q-tip or something comparable. you're able to persist with something like Neosporin to the decrease to boot. Your perfect guess is a vet.

It kind of sounds like maybe there is an allergy... You might try just calling the vet and asking them, sometimes they will give a small amount of advice over the phone....
