Go get checked ~ to ensure your as healthy as you think you are ~ Have your dr okay you to be running ~ Maybe you have pulled a muscle or something ~ I believe your appendix is on the right side ~

If I drink or eat 30 minutes before I run I get the same pain. Try getting all of your liquid or food down a while before you run. If your stomach still hurts you could go to the doctor for a 98656213548321865 times better opinion than mine.

READ ME !! THIS WILL HELP
you get these cramps from sucking too much air in. if your body gets too much oxygen it hurts. so instead of breathing heavily, suck in very quick breaths through your nose, then exhale long breaths through your mouth. it will be hard to do while you are running but it will take away most of the pain. once you practice doing it after a while you will get used to it and it will become habitual.

im not really sure because i havent seen you and i dont know how your body works but this is what happens to me. when you run you are constantly sweating and loosing mosture through your pores and when you loose water especally in your muscles and they become dehydrated this can hurt. this can be suplamented by drinking water as you are running it should ease your pain

its dehydration.
drink water before you start running and have it with you so you can sip it.
also i hope you are not running on empty stomack because it can lead to many health problems including diabetes.
