The reason i ask this question is because, the religion of christanity tells you to worship god and tells a completely false side of the bible(New Testament) while on the other hand the old testament tells you the name of "God" in Pslams 68:4(YAH is tha name) but people don't want you to here that because people don't want to change but when you figure out you have been lied to since you where born in to this world it makes you mad like i am.I have so much knowledge and wisdom about yah it'll konck you right off your block head spinning and all.

Because parts of the Old Testament are used by Judaism, and Christians don't want to be associated with them.

I am roman catholic and priest read from the old testament all the time. Where are you getting your information from? You must not be familiar with many preachers or priest. God is God. Just exactly what do you mean by the real name of God. All these names mean God, just in other languages. Jehova, God, Allah, etc. all mean God. You need to start using your dictionary and maybe it would help if you go to people who are authorities, such as a priest or minister of a church, and they can give you a better outlook on the bible. Or go to the internet, they have some great web sites for you. Go to ewtn on the internet and they have a number you can call and ask a priest. I hope God guides you to the truth. You have already taken a first step. God said, seek and you shall find. Good for you. Keep seeking.

St. Jerome taught that the Old Testament is revealed in the New, while the New Testament is hidden in the Old.
Catholics have "daily" mass, not just on Sundays, and the readings at each service "always" are drawn from both Old and New Testaments. In fact, the whole Bible is covered (read) during a three year cycle (from Genesis to Revelation).

while you're prepared to do the right learn with somebody who knows the fact then you definately will understand... it is going to take extra beneficial than the traditional Ya sentence or 2 to appropriate come to the fact.... yet right here is going... Jesus taught God's be conscious... He did no longer circulate into element approximately each and all the regulation... He replaced into ministering to Jews who knew The regulation... The Scribes and Apostles who compiled The "New" testomony in basic terms lined what Jesus gave them. with some connection with the way it applies in accordance with writings from the "previous" testomony... there is not any particular guidance to the genuine Church(ALL of those of the genuine Christian faith) on the subject of a thank you to handle the worldly desires of a widespread congregation... God expects genuine Christians at present to apply some difficulty-unfastened experience in preserving the desires of their congregations... and worldly desires value money... as do each and all the works that Christian congregations do for others... for that reason the will for a real looking "tithe"... the only reference is from the "previous" so as that's what's detect to base the giving expectancies... an incredible many Christians supply lots extra beneficial than the minimum... willingly

That's funny, because my preacher preaches out of the old and new testament. Have you not heard the other names for God? Because there are a lot more than just YAH, and there are wonderful things to hear out of the old testament. It's not all about Noah, Moses and Jonah.

What religion are you talking about? We've attended a Baptist, United Methodist, and several Pentecostal churches all of which read and taught out of the old and new testaments. (not just Noah and the well known stories) Our current pastor spends a lot of time in the old testament.

Christians do study the old testament. You must be Jewish. The old testament tells about the coming of the savior. The savior is talked about in the new testament.

The New Testament fulfills and embellishes upon the Old Testament law. I think that since they do not contradict one another, it is appropriate to preach from both.
