Hi. You've gotten a lot of good answers. Just please take note that many commerical cereals contain gluten including rice krispies. There is a nifty site called www.glutenfree.com and theyw ill send u a catalog of all their stuff and they have tons of cereals, breakfast foods, etc and it breaks down each one to tell ut he common 'allergen'. Ie. casein free, gluten free, soy free, lactose free, etc.
How about trying different egg recipes? Omelletes, scrambled, fried, etc? I'm not much of a cook so I dont have much help for you there!! U could try turkey sausages or bacon to cut down on fat and calories. Kinninnick makes good breakfast foods liek cinamon buns, cereals, and bagels and breads but I dotn know their lactose/sugar info. Glutino also makes some good ones. Found this site to:

Prepare your eggs differently, yogurt is good & some cheeses. Read the labels on the food you buy or get a personal chef to cook for you or not. The thing is to be creative make new combinations of what you can have to work with. Different types of fruit. You can buy lactose free milk, in the process of making cheese and yogurt the lactose is processed out of the food. There are tons of seafood. Become an informed consumer. There is a beautiful life out there waiting for you to explore.

-Grits
-Rice
-Corn Tortillas stuffed w/ eggs/ham
Any rice/corn dry cereal can be eaten dry out of a cup (Rice Krispies, Crispix, Corn Chex, Rice Chex, etc.)
-Lean ham, turkey, sausage
You can expand your diet and food choices quite a bit if you take a Lactaid pill prior to eating milk products... it contains the enzyme to digest lactose that your body does not make.

I would highly suggest you start shopping at your local health food store. I have a friend with similar issues as you. They have gluten free pancake mixes that are pretty good. Serve them with fresh berries that you have macirated with splenda.
Or try making a smoothie with fresh smoothie with silk yogurt, fresh fruit and ice.

superfluous basically means not necessary or excessive. Some of the answers are very bitter sometimes, but I guess we all have a lot of personal stuff to deal with. Pray for them they must have miserable lives
