OK I haven't seen anything ghostly but last night I sure felt something ghostly or rather something spiritual. Last night I was lying in my bed just thinking about life and death. Then all of a sudden I felt a very strong chill run through my body and my body went numb. I couldn't move it was like I was there but I wasn't in my body. It was as if another soul entered my body as my soul left and watched. I was a little scared but I wasn't really that concerned. I would like to know what does this mean????

Sounds like the old "someone walking over your grave" reaction. You were thinking about life and death. Your hind brain -- the intuitive part -- disapproves of such thinking, so it sent you a signal that death makes your body immobile and cold. Which, of course, it does.

Your grandparents would probably have called it a premonition of your own death. But of course, we all die eventually, and such an experience tells you nothing about how soon it might happen.

It's called REM sleep. You think you're awake but you're deeply sleeping. Alot of people experience that.
