cup of coffee w/ non fat creamer, oatmeal w/ cinnamon, non fat yogurt, an apple, and a pear.

will any of that make me gain weight? is it a lot?

You're eatin good... you shouldn't gain any weight..
No it's not alot.. if the oatmeal and yogurt were only 1 serving.

It's OK, but you really do need a little fat in there. Seriously. That's where energy comes from. I tried a practically no fat diet and actually *gained* weight because my body stored everything because it need some fat. It was like being in starvation mode. That diet totally backfired on me. My doctor even said that. So I switched to stuff like low-fat yogurt or sour cream, and 1% instead of fat-free. The pounds totally melted off! Good luck!

Well, that is alot more than I have eaten by noon. I've only had a cup of cottage cheese and 2 cups of Hot Tea with 1 pkt of Splenda. I drink 3 16oz bottles of water per day.

I just ate a salad for lunch and I have cantaloupe for a snack at 3 to last me until dinner @ 7 pm.

was that breakfast or breakfast and a snack?
doesn't sound like it would as there was no fat to make you fat!!
