If it is legal and does not hurt a child or infringe upon a person's right?

Where do you draw the line in what should not be tolerated...

Are you concerned at all that if we open up a Pandoras Box on tolerance we might be faced with a law-suit like Germany has where a Brother and Sister who already have children want to be able to legally marry? or Sweeden who is also on the legality of a 3 way marraige

If it's not harming anyone and all parties consent and are capable of giving consent under law, what's the problem, seriously?

By the way, in case you were clueless, a child can't give legal consent.

I think people like Warren Jeff's followers, marrying 11 year old girls because the law says the parent can consent on their behalf are the real threats.

Is this question all about marriage? Personally I don't care that a brother-sister marriage took place. It was already done with the creation of children. And if 3 people get married I don't care either. Why do you?

Incest can lead to health problems. When two members of the same family, especially closer ones like cousins and siblings, produce a child, the child can be born with deformities as well as have a much more increased chance of having to deal with a hereditary illness later in life, such as diabetes, or something even more serious.

While I think incest is immoral I will not dictate what a stranger can and cannot do.

beyond that the only problem I have with incest is that it is known to produce a high rate of mentally ill children.

If the couple dose not have kids and are both adults what they do is not my concern.

In addition to what was previously said regarding not causing harm or suffering to others,

I have a difficult time with tolerating intolerance. i.e. when the bible thumpers start voting to restrict the civil rights of gay people because of some ancient passages in some bronze age text, and then ask me to have tolerance to their faith... yes, I have a problem with that.

There is a problems with PC "100%" tolerance:
Christians aren't tolerated
Conservatives aren't tolerated
What immoralities will and won't be tolerated
Who decides?

Incest has been proved harmful to children. Other than that I don't see a problem.

incest leads to ill health in societies...in general,if what a person is doing is harmless in every way,i see no reason to make it illegal
