Listennn.... to ya boy. I can be of some help but not to much. First off you have to treat this like a hostage situation. You can't give too much or to little. First off if she is blackmailing which is illegal but if this went to court you would still be in trouble even though you met her in a bar. My advice would to be to make her feel bad for blackmailing you, tell her she is playing with your future and your life. Then once she feels bad get her out of the wanting a car. Talk her down to something you would have no problem getting her. Wish I knew how to help more.

You poor thing i really think that what she is doing to you is wrong don't spend your mula any more!. I think the bestway to go about this is to stop buying things first of all because how do you know that let's just say you did buy her the car and after ward she still wants things from you then your still screwed to times as more. if i were you i would try talk about it with her and if that doesn't work out then you need to get some help and by help i mean maybe a lawyer just in case and start working on how to build up a case against her to make it look exactly how you eel and that is that you didn't know and you meant no harm! BUT WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY HERE THE CAR OR ANYTHING ELSE!! HONEY SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T WASTE IT ON AN IMATURE GURL WHO DOESNT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR HER OWN ACTIONS!she too also decided to have sex with you remember, don;t worry i think u should go with my advice, email me if needed more thoughts on this!!

ohh geez! you've been blackmailed by this teenage witchy girl. You should confirmed completely first if she's really 18+. Sometimes, there are some teenagers out there who look pretty mature at their age, so what they do, they sneak at a pub to party or to find someone to go out with. Then she got you. Well, you should try to consult with another lawyer, and see if there's another solution besides the one that your brother advised you to do.

If you don't want her to buy a car or expensive jewely (which I think is a good idea because she sounds like a material girl, however, she might tell the authority later that she was under 18 and make love with a 24 guy after you gave her what she wants), you should submit yourself in and tell the officials your story. * you're responsible for you own action*

wow that sux so much that girl must be the devils child to do something like that, that is just so friggen mean. i mean i guess your brother is right there really is nothing you can do. wait until after college then move away. well actually she could get into trouble too because she snuck into that bar with age limit and she was under, and why would you have to ask her what her age is in the first place, and wouldn't she have lied about her age anyway. i say get a lawyer and fight her off before you go broke.
Sorry,

Er... NO

She can always keep coming back, and keep coming back demanding something else (which she obviously will)

Have you seen her ID? Do you know if she's really 16 or 18 and running a scam on gullible guys? This could simply break down to he-said/she said, there might not even be enough for a case...

In any event, does she really want to go to court, maybe winding up in jail herself? She gonna take that risk just to get back at you? Blackmail is illegal, too!

I'd get a 2nd opinion from a lawyer (non-relative who can see the case objectively)

There has to be something you can do. I would contact an attorney through legal aid for advice. You have to turn the tables on her, and quickly. Do you have a tape recorder or answering machine that could tape your conversation? I would get her on tape starting with her name discussing the whole matter, and how she lied about her age, and how she manipulated you to sleep with her in order to gain material items. What she is doing is wrong? And you must put an end to it now, because she can come back later with something else. Not all women have her thought process. Good luck, and next time ask for ID and birth certificate.

Lawyer up and call her bluff. Would be a waste of money as you have just admitted in a public forum to committing statutory rape and this posting can be used against you in a Court of Law.

Hopefully her attempts at blackmail have been over the computer, because that can be used against her in a Court of Law also (extortion) and could help to exonerate you.

Can she prove that you had sex with her? Can she prove that she is only 16? No I don't think you should buy her the car. Maybe call her house (from a payphone) and let her father know that she is sneaking out and going to bars. Get her little slut a** in trouble. she will be so busy being grounded she will not have time to bug you.

It all works in my mind. Good Luck

If she snuck into a bar you would assume she was of proper age. You should consult another lawyer and see what they say. Its your word against hers. Get a restraining order against her and just make her look like a liar. Hopefully you wore protection so you dont get this psyco pregnant. One of her in this world is enough.

don't you dare buy her these things, just say that you asked her and she said she was 18!!!!. Take this further, she's blackmailing you!, that's an offence too! Good Luck, but do you honestly wanna spend your hard earned money buying this untrustworthy slutty little girl a car?! Refuse! point blank
