It is highly likely that the 7 year old has been sexually abused in the past. If you are a licensed caregiver and want to keep your license, you are obligated to report the incidence to the police or CPS to investigate the matter further.
I would tell the parents what happened, that I was legally required to report it, and that they would need to find alternate care for the 7 year old from that day forward.
As far as your daughter, you need to tell her that what happened is not her fault and you are not angry with her, but the other child's behavior was inappropriate and that is why you can no longer babysit the boy.
If you are uncomfortable about the situation seek counseling for a qualified child psychologist.

If this really happened then I think you need to sit his parents down and have a talk with them about what happened. They need to talk to their own son. If they don't seem to care about it then I would call Child Protective Services to have them investigate to make sure that the boy is not being abused or anything.
As for your daughter, she is too young to really understand what he was doing. Just tell her what he did was wrong and that you don't want her doing that again. Tell her that she is not in trouble but that she needs to tell you if anything like that happens again she is to yell for you immediately.

First of all, you don't allow your 5 yr old daughter around him. 2nd i would turn it in to CS, and no longer baby sit the child. You need to tell your daughter what he did was wrong. And that if anyone ever wants her to do that again, she needs to come to you right away. But while you are talking to her about this, remind her it was naughty, but she isn't in trouble, our she will never come to you again if she thinks you will get mad at her for it.
Seriously though, you can not babysit that kids anymore. But you do need to take this to the authorities. A 7 yr old boy don't do those kind of things unless its been forced apon him.
I have a 7 yrs old son, and he has never done anything like that. Or has any of the friends that he has.

Well don't abonden the 7 year old it isn't his fault he is just a child also. I agree with what someone said earlier in this post. Kids don't just learn that behavior. I think you should report it to your local CPS. You could tell his mother but who knows she could be the one who is sick!! It is normal for kids to play but to be a descriptive as the 7 year old was is not normal that is learned. Please report this, its sound like someone is molesting this child. Dont turn your back on him. I wouldnt trust the parents honestly so dont leave your child alone with them. You might want to ask the 7 year old where he learned that behavior. The more you can tell CPS the better they can help.

Children immatate what they see. Maybe nothing happened to this kid other then him walking on in his mom down on her knees...well you know the rest. I would tell my daughter thats not allowed, maybe talk to the parents about it but try not to seem angry when doing it.

Don't let them alone ever again and let the parent's know what happened, or call social services and see what they say. Good luck.

Don't jump the gun. He could have saw his parents doing it and he is just immitating them. I think you should discuss the matter with his parents.

Contact the authorities quick. Small kids dont just know these things until they are taught them. Someone has done something.
