The form I'm looking for is the one you fill out when you first get a job, that form determines how much taxes should be taken out of your paycheck, by how many people you claim.

You can get all tax type forms from the post office, or go to www.irs.gov and you can download a form from there.

This is a form W-4. You can get a copy of it at the link I've listed below.

Be sure to also get one for your particular state, if your state has an income tax.
