It started a few weeks ago. If I'm just standing or sitting still, all of a sudden I get tinglings, vibrations or stimulations in my nerves in different parts of my body. Sometimes in my legs, arms, toes or even face. Feels like a bug is crawling under my skin or something. It's freaky because sometimes I can even see it happening and my skin just starts vibrating and it's scary. What could be the reason this could be happening?

See a doctor. A in the meantime make sure you are hydrated and if you have been doing any "natural cures" stop them. This could be fascicualtions or a number of things, without a full history and physical i can not recomend any other action. See your doctor.

See your doctor, he will probably send you to a neurologist for check up.I wouldn't wait- most neurological disorders need to be diagnosed early for better outcome.
