you should be able to buy a glass for your table at any business,that sell atrium doors with glass,or window glass.they make it for ya after u measure your table.i am n pa and it might cost u around 60.dollars up depends on what size;

Any good glass shop should be able to provide a glass in the size you need.
Get the exact dimensions you require, then phone three or more glass shops for a quote. If it is a large piece don't forget to ask about delivery.

Glass and Mirror stores would be the place to inquire. Being for a tabletop, you may want to consider tempered glass.
