No, but it does prove that some people will go to extraordinary lengths to discredit Christianity.
I mean, come on -- it's proven this "gospel" was written hundreds of years AFTER Jesus was crucified!

Its all very well saying it was written years after His crucifixion, but so was most of the bible. My guess is that it is perfectly credible that Judas was "airbrushed out" by the Church. Don't forget history is written by the winners.
If it comes to that, I daresay Mary Magdalene got a similarly raw deal.
Religeous dogma is responsible for most of the mess we are in.

I would say that the Gospel of Judas shows a cry of desperation from some impostor who wanted to write false accounts of Christ.

2000 years ago Paul taught about this false doctrine and it keeps creeping back into humanity like a worm keeps coming out of the ground. This false religion is very old and carries the spirit of the antichrist.

Yes. Try reading the gospel of Mary Magdalene too. The Christians have been so wrong about so much - it's why their religion is so horribly corrupt now. It was originally a means of love, then it was about control. now people are killed because of it.
