Horror fiction... a psycho thriller usually has an ending. This thing is open ended and you can't really tell who the bad guy is.

It's a handbook on how to live down here on earth. Example: In the 10 commandments it says don't steal, lie, kill, or cheat on your spouse.... all of which have real and deadly consequences whether you believe in God or not....
Without the word of God actually saying those things are wrong.... we are absolutley free and clear to disagree that those things are wrong or sinful.... because man would say they are wrong....... and man or humans, have NO credibility. The hard part is getting people to accept a higher truth or power greater than themselves..... we all want to go our own way...... but nothing we say can make people believe, only God can bring a person to belief.... because, again, it would be a man saying things and what a man says.... has NO credibility in a person's eyes...... would you believe what I say? No, I don't think so.....
We believe the history books, but we don't believe the word of God..... how much sense does that make?
Don't be permiscuous or you might contract AIDS.... Don't fornicate, it is a sin...... how much more simple can a TRUTH be? The Bible says don't do it..... well...... that's why! You might get AIDS!
We need God like the air we breath.... it is necessary. Now hear a piece of truth: "You have to breath oxygen to live!" Can you argue with that? No, because it yields immediate results if we do not breath oxygen..... We already see the results of disobeying Gods truth... old age, wars, death, and so on.... how come we can't believe?
The Bible is True, it not fiction....

Both !! and I like the answer about the pages all being tossed in the air and randomly stapled together ; ) ...I think that is why there were so many posty notes in my old Bible. We used to have "BibleStudyGroup" time and the leader spent hours upon hours chasing one verse from front to back just trying to support the first statement made.
I now spend that precious time with my children and family members

both. It is a fiction and a psycho thriller. A way to get other people to do what you want them to do by threatening them and saying to them, see what happened to Mr A for doubting me? It could happen to you

First of all, the Bible is not fiction.
The Bible also isn't a horror.
It is not psychotic either.
I hope this explains something for you.

Honestly, the book reads like somebody took acid, then wrote 1000 pages for Reader's Digest, and somebody threw the pages all up in the air and randomly stapled them together.
