Greetings. Since Breasts are fat storers and you're predisposed to carry your excess fat in this region and probably your hips. Then exercises that will reduce these areas, plus weight loss will help.I may add that these 2 areas will probably be the last to shrink. However I saw a studdy last night. Apparently if you want to burn fat/ lose weight then exercise vigorously in the early morning soon as you get up before breakfast.For building muscle then afternoon evening.Some bras will hold your breasts closer to your chest which will make them look smaller. If all else fails and you have the money or it's causing injury to your back.neck etc. Then aBreast reduction operation is the ultimate answer.

If you are overweight working out MAY help (it didn't help me though).
Breast are made of fatty tissue AND dense BREAST tissue, which you can't lose by working out. I had a lot of dense breast tissue in my breasts so working out and losing weight did NOT help me at all!
You could always get approved for a breast reduction, especially if you have back pain and other health issues.

yes there is a simple home exercises but u have to apply the oil ......there is a oomph oil i.e breast firming oil from aroma magic(Dr.blossom Kochar) just massage your breast with it and u fill feel the different in one week

a woman's breasts are made up entirely of fat tissue, the only way to lose fat is to do cardio and bring down the entire percentage of fat on your whole body. There is no exercise you can do that will target fat loss in your chest area, you have to do cardio like light jogging, walking or riding bike.

Are you serious? Please talk to someone before doing this. Unless you're just too massive to move property or they hurt your back or sag to your knees. In that case, exercise and proper diet. Usually large breasts are a sign that you're a little overweight. But not always... sometimes you're just blessed more than others.

By abdominal and Back exercises, also use soft heel shoes, which absorbs shock in heel-strike at stance phase of walking. Also intelligent girls have small and firm breasts.
