A person can live just fine with only one kidney. Id think nothing of donating one of mine today if someone I knew needed it. Don't worry about it just consider yourself unique.

Other than you wouldn't ever be able to donate a kidney, you should be fine...many people out there who do donate a kidney and do just fine with one. If you haven't had any real issues concerning it in the last 25 years, I wouldn't be too worried about it now...
