There can only be 2 answers.

1. He doesn't exist.
2. He doesn't care enough to do anything about it.

Free will is not a good answer, because allowing an adult to impose their will to destroy a child is paramount to performing the act yourself.

God being omnipotent has nothing to do with it. Children get raped and abused because the people that do it chose to make a really bad decision and believe me God will punish them. We made the world this way and unfortunatley we have to live in it until Jesus comes back to earth to rule it. You probably don't like this answer, but it's true. We create the monsters, then we ask God to clean up our messes, and then turn our backs on Him again. How fair is that? I wish children were immune to all evil, but that's not the way the world works. What gives me hope is that when they die they automatically go to Heaven and if they don't die, they turn to God for comfort and put Him in control of their life so they can heal and eventually go home to a Father that will never hurt them.

There is no god to "credit" for that atrocity. All the blame belongs with the priests who did the deed, their bosses, the bishops/accomplices who gave them shelter and the parishioners who say "gosh, I hope it turns out okay, let's go protest at an abortion clinic". There never was a god, just a bunch of sheep who will forgive their own of anything. The only reason to throw a god into that mix of utterly execrable behavior is to have something bigger to blame.

But, hey, the GOOD news is the church can blame gays for the problem even though pedophiles are technically not gay at all. This is where the whole "science is science and the church just doesn't swing that way" really pays off like a slot machine.

God does exist, contrary to those who say he doesnt. He is always present, and knows everything everyone does.
But, you must understand that there is also an evil side to life, and that is Satan and his demons.
Satan puts evil thoughts in the weak minds of those who are not in tuned with God. This is why you hear of people saying, "God told me to kill him".
God will never tell anyone to do anything that is sinful according to the bible, or against the law as it conforms to the bible teachings.
Further, He allows things to occur, not to ruin peoples lives, (esp. little girls), but to urge those who have been hurt to seek His presence in their lives.
I am living proof of this love God has for us, and what he can do to turn a terrible situation into a good one.
By the way, when these rapists and murderers die here on earth, they will suffer the ultimate punishment, and the girls who have been so viciously attacked will no longer suffer pain, torment, fear or anything else that has damaged their lives.
Urge these girls to seek a true man, or woman of God, (yes there are lady pastors), not some jacked up man who calls himself a preacher but is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Because life isn't fair. The moment sin entered the world, it became a place of pain and unfair actions. Bad things happen to innocent people, but all you can do is press on to the common goal. I think your question is proof that all humans know this world is not how it was ever meant to be.

Because i has always been the way of men: To go against God's will. Ever since the beginning of time, man has sinned and willfully disobeyed God's commands. Today is no different. Plus, the ppl who do that crazy crap have a close seat to Satan in Hell....so keep your pecker to yourself

Please stop blaming God for SIN. God created us to be perfect, we were created in His Image- however sin changed all of that. It is a horrible thing to see that children, or anyone is raped- however it is not the fault of God- SIN is the reason things happen like this. He is omnipotent WE ARE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

We Christians believe that God allows all people to make their own choices about what they do and what they believe.

We believe that God has omnipotence, but also has unconditional love and unconditional respect for all people...something that many of His followers choose not to practice.

People have free will. They choose to do evil.

What they meant for evil, God can change. With God all things are possible.

BTW, who do you think sent someone to save those children?

The "leader" is making the choice to act on his desire, instead of God's will. They are abusing their right to choose between good and evil. Pounce on them, not God.
Be blessed.
