Hi, I'm planning on doing a month(ish) tour on my own of Australia. I'd like to start in Sydney and finish in Sydney with the intention of working in Sydney for the remainder of my years permit. I'll be travelling alone, so would prefer to go on a proper bus tour so as to always be with other travellers. Does anyone know any good trip companies? I've tried googling and just can't seem to get anywhere.

There are lots of different tour companies in Oz and you will never be short of travelling companions so don't worry. It would be difficult to get a round the country tour in a month but you can maybe head up the Gold Coast or something. You'll have a ball.

Hey, your brave to be going on your own! Yes, you may meet fellow backpackers but how do you know if they are genuine or not? You have to watch yourself. You could easily get taken advantage of being alone in a foreign country, however it would be a great thing to do. I am planning on going to Australia next year. Just watch yourself and do your research before you go. Hope it works out well for you, good luck!

In todays world this sounds to be a crazy idea on your own.But if you are adamant then type in Sydney and sure the site will direct you to a Bus Company.On your own is NOT GOOD.
