Can't you guess? He is sick and he needs a vet - RIGHT NOW!
(I am totally amazed why people actually ask this kind of question. If you are vomiting blood - would you be asking your neighbour if he would know why? You would go to a doctor wouldn't you?)

Obviously the cat is sick, take the poor thing to the VET immediately

Being scared wont help the cat ,see a vet if cat is not too old to help,if so the vets will take you to the cleaners and the cat will die anyhow after the vet he hays his way to the bank.Some times the line is hard to draw.

is there anyway this little cat ate any raisins????? they are deadly and shut down the digestive system. there is no cure. take him/hre to a vet immediately. at least they can give meds. it usually only lasts a few days and then the poor thing passes away.

Take him to the vet. He's extremely sick. It sounds like he might have even been poisoned.
