There are different philosopies about meat...
1. School of thought is that the weight problem in the USA is due to carbohydrates and refined/processed foods.
2. The other line of thought is that meat is good, Atkin's Diet.
I'm sort of in camp 2 where meat is good with vegetables and fruits, but carbs is also good, but don't go overboard with the carbs.
Are you in-shape and do you exercise?
If you're overweight or you have a family history of high cholesterol and blood pressure, then you need to be aware of cholesterol and heart disease.

4.It has lot of fat content
5.Meat has high calories,so when u r not able to work out to burn these intaken calories they get depositted in ur body in the form of fat and there by makin u obese.

Meat servings are supposed to be the size of your fist, or 1/4 of your plate. Too much meat can make you gain weight. Which is good or bad, depending on if you are trying to gain or lose weight. The more meat, the more fat. Which can cause heart problems. If you love meat, eat small portions more often.

You may eat your veggies but if they're grossly outdone by your meat intake, it'll still do damage to your system.
Besides the obvious effects of animal fat that leads to high cholesterol levels that in turn translate to blocked arteries and such, eatinig so much meat taxes your liver and kidneys because there's just so much to process in so little time.
