Hinduism teaches that there is One God who manifests as Universe.
In hinduism god is not an alien sitting on Nth sky and dictating terms... he is treated to be soul of our soul
Hinduism does not call non-hindus sinners
The highest goal of hinduism is not heaven or Hell.. it is merging into the supreme consciousness called god.
Hinduism believes life and death are unending cycles...and we take re-birth due to our unfulfilled desires.
This cycles stops only when we merge into the Divine

Hinduism teaches u to love all and be large hearted so as to welcome everyone u come across and that God is one. U may call him by any name as per ur desire, but he is one. Hinduism does not criticise any form of worship as the goal is to manifest God within u thru inner silence. So tolerance, respect, love and manifestation of God within u are the teachings of Hinduism.
