I spent like $300-400 american dollars last time i went to hong kong for two weeks. Thats including food.
a blouse doesn't cost at lot.
the cheapest would be like ten bucks
most expesnvie would be 50.
get it at flower street!
some of them are pretty ncie.

I usually buy electronics. If I buy cloths like your thinking, get them handmade for you. go to the shop get measured and then pick them up next day or have them shipped home. Very inexpensive and the craftsmanship is really stunning. I can;t recall the name of a good shop right off hand, sorry.
