No this is not normal at all. You should start your house training regime again until the dog is clean at all times.

Yes Its normal. I have 2 puppies ones 8 mths and the other is 3 mths and i use puppy pads and lay them on the floor, and so when the puppies are in the house they use the pad in the house, and go out side. when I'm gone and at night they go on the pad.just show the dog were it is the pad has a sent on it that only dogs can smell and they will go on it.and your house won't smell.

Ummm... how are you teaching him? what is his routeine? how often does he go inside. Usually by 5 months they are making progress on the housbreaking fornt - not prefect (a few accidents) but not daily.

yeah. dogs need to be extremely well trained or they'll go where they can. Don't scold her, just put her outside every time it happens.

well if you dont trian it enough and let it outside enough itll let you know when it has to go but if you ignore this warning it goes somewhere secret and does it

Yes,this is normal,takes time but you will get there,dogs do not like fouling their own enviroment
