Where do you want to send it??

Burn it to disc and send it in the post..

Copy it to a stick (usb..fairly cheap these days) and send it in the post..

If you want to send it by E-Mail then its gonna be a bit more difficult due to the size of the folder (you can only send the individual files and not the folder tho)
Zip 1/10th of it...10 times and send 10 (approx) 10 meg e-mails.(some e-mail servers/connections wont allow you to transmit emails over a certain size (nominally 10megs)

You can also p2p it or join the 2 clients together and drag/drop the files over...the big question is where?

The way I send large files since email programs don't let you go over 10mb (now gmail lets you do 20mb) is I use AIM and or MSN messenger. It may take a while but after zipping the file (which wont get that incredible small from 100mb) you can easily send it over one of those free services. Easy to download and use if you don't already have one of them.

Zip the folder. It'll reduce the file size a bit.

Download winzip from www.winzip.com and use that to "zip" the folder, which compresses it. The pictures won't compress any but the doc's will. It should hopefully make it under a 100mb. If it does then take that zip file and upload it to this site. http://www.mailbigfile.com/

FYI (depending on your internet connection) it will take a looooonnggg time to upload that file.

You have to upload it somewhere and send the link to it. The recipient can donwload it from the link. You can upload your files at different sites like megaupload or http://files-upload.com/
