She has no problem at all. The problem could be you. Either you wronged her and now she feels nothing for or she has seen someone better than you and she is pondering on what step to take. Try this, look for an opportune moment and talk to her. Explain to her about her change towards her and ask her to tall you why she had changed. If she says nothing then tell you want to give her time to have her own free time and decide what to do for herself. You will see the reaction that will confirm things either way

You should talk to her, maybe there's something which is troubling her and she's afraid ,or waiting for you to show interest.At 23 she is very young although probably not impossible.Maybe she's suspected that hotter chicks[ as you put it] ,are throwing themselves at you, and she afraid that she's going to loose you to them. Show her that you're interesting in what she's going through, and ask her if there's anything to help her with.
