Rubbish.
False accusations are forbidden in Scripture, and to accuse on this subject would be quite a error with quite a payment for the accuser. I would refrain from throwing this charge at anyone.
Matthew 5:13
13"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men."

Blasphemy is the total, personal rejection of the Spirit now and in eternity. The Spirit comes to everyone now and after death, even those in eternal Hell. He can pull you out of Hell if you do not reject him.
While being led by the Holy Spirit in its perfection as the body of Christ on Earth, the Catholic Church is not the Spirit but the body of Jesus. People may say what they wish about the Catholic Church.
Blaspheming the Church will not necessarily lead to their eternal damnation because Jesus said "Therefore I say to you that every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come."
Your Sister in Christ Jesus, G.

the Church is God's instrument, in it is found the best and fullest answer in how we are to be saved. To the Church was given the authority to teach the Christian faith hence the development of the New Testament, the compilation of the entire bible and the preservation of the Holy Tradition
The question lies between blasphemy and heresy. Although I wouldn't claim those speaking out against Catholic doctrine as Christian faith are blasphemers I would say they are teaching heresy. One exception to the rule is, as we see more and more pseudo-Protestant sects ie. Oneness Pentecostals, Unitarians etc who deny the Trinity or the divinity of Jesus Christ. Basically they attack the Church's teaching on Christology and in doing so they attack the true nature of God. This I would definitely say is blasphemy of God and his Church.

Have you checked your History lately? The Catholic Church may have been around the longest, but the other religions broke off from the Catholic Church because of Corrupt Leadership. If you remember you history, the Catholic Church got greedy and invented ways to make more money. The Cardinals and Bishops in the 16th,17th and 18th Century weren't being guided by the Holy Spirit, they were being guided by Greed. Some of the beliefs of the Catholic Church were guided by Greed. (Like Purgatory). The Catholic Church just like other religions has it's corrupt leaders, and the leaders who try to follow Christ.
I'm not saying the Catholic Church is all bad, but I'm saying you have to know that Priests, just like preachers are human beings, and they make MISTAKES.
My family is Catholic, My Grandparents raised me Catholic, I went to a Catholic School. The Religion itself isn't bad, and my Grandparents were good people. But I question the fact that my Mother was being Abused by her husband, and the "Catholic Church" advised her to stay with him. When she did divorce him, she had to go thru a bunch of "red tape" and counseling before she could take communion again. I'm not blaming the Catholic Church, just the "human" Priest who advised her.
I chose to change religions, for several reasons. My point is, why do we always accuse each other of being WRONG. Why can't we accept that there are people of different Faiths, and as HUMANS, we are ALL going to make mistakes. That doesn't mean that the whole "faith" thing is wrong. Every religion is going to have Corrupt Leadership at one time or another - that doesn't make the whole religion wrong or right. It's a matter of faith, and they all have the same "basic" beliefs. When you get down to it, we should all respect each other.
And just because you can quote the Bible doesn't mean you are following it.
FYI: For those who have the wrong notion. Catholics don't pray to idols. They ask Saints in intercede for them. Like if you asked your Sister or Brother to ask your parents for something. WHY does EVERYBODY ASSUME others are wrong!! AND WHY do we take it upon ourselves to Judge!!!
Hey, Paperback - why does a religion need a SET idea on something. We discover new things every day, and this can change ideas. Why can't religions change with the times or with new discoveries? Some religious rules are "guidelines" to help protect the followers, those "guidelines" can be changed. The Bible says we shouldn't eat Pork. But most religions changed that rule!! Because we found out if cooked properly it wouldn't kill us.
Again, who are we to Judge????

The very assumption that the Catholic Church is the only true church on earth is in and of itself a distortion of truth. The Holy
Spirit doesn't direct churches but individuals therefore He never directed the Catholic church, and especially the killing done by order of the Catholic church leadership.
Finally, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is not blaspheming the Catholic church and vice-versa because the Catholic church is not God, and the Holy Spirit is. To connect them in this ludicrous association is blasphemy itself.
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is attributing the work of the Holy Spirit to the devil. Jesus was addressing the Pharisees and Saducees when He spoke on this because they said He cast out devils by the prince of devils (Satan).

Lets get the facts straight.
1. Jesus founded the Nazarenes.
http://one-faith-of-god.org/new_testament/apocrypha/nazarenes/nazarenes_0010.htm
2. Paul of Tarsus founded christianity to counter the message of Jesus and distort its meaning.
http://one-faith-of-god.org/new_testament/apocrypha/founders_christianity/founders_christianity_0010.htm
3. Catholics have believed their Popes since 1871 are infallible and therefore above all human law and all other humans- living gods. This puts the whole Catholic church and all Catholics in direct conflict with its own laws and heretics against the religion of Paul.
4. So I definately wouldn't consider people who question the 20 centuries of evil against the Catholic Church as the same as attacking the Holy Spirit.
See the Almanac of Evil

+++What would Jesus say?+++
Jesus would 100% agree with me that any person who can escape the cult of the Vatican and see his true gnostic message, is free forever.
But any person trapped by Rome, will find it hard to escape.
He would welcome all who stand up against the Catholic Church and what it has done and continues to do.
With love in the Real Jesus Christ.

by potential of attributing (accusing) the artwork of the Holy Spirit to devil and the Demonic Nature, being a "fake witness" against the Holy Spirit... it is the "unpardonable sin" having perfect non secular effects, the "2d dying" the place your Immortal and eternal Spirit is eradicated and your call is blotted out as in case you never existed. it may somewhat be greater useful in case you have been burnt alive and a millstone tied around your neck and thrown into the sea.

You're making an Ontological argument where the intial proposition is that the church is truly guided by the Holy Spirit.
However, the Catholic Church is a body of men who have imperfectly followed that spirit over the millenia in a host of different ways. Otherwise, it would have had fixed ideas on married clergy, women in the pulpit, Mary's perpetual virginity, immaculate conception, birth control and abortion, persecution of jews, the trafficking of indulgences, etc. etc. Unless the Holy Spirit changes its mind regarding theology on a whimsical basis, then you have to accept that the body of men running the Catholic church have made profound mistakes. And when an organization considers itself beyond questioning, corruption is bound to follow. All you have to do is examine the behavior of the church during the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance to understand.
So for you to say that I am a blasphemer for criticizing current and past actions of Catholism simply because you think you have exclusive claim over the Holy Spirit is ridiculous beyond belief.

The Catholic church, or ANY church, is NOT God.
Two different things.
Compare the various teachings of the church with what the Bible says.
If they do NOT match up with the Word of God, then you must draw the conclusion that the church has something wrong.
