how do you tell a man that he is gaining weight without hurting is pride/manhood/feelings? we have been together for almost 4yrs now he is getting bigger. i dont want to hurt his feelings but its becoming an issue for me because i find him less attractive now.

Well, I can truly relate to this because my man has gotten fat over the years. These are ways in which to let him know that you're not pleased by his weight:
-tell him that you are going to buy him a bra for his cleavage.
-invite him to go with you to the track/gym for exercise.
-tell him that if he doesn't lose ____ pounds by ______ then you will leave him.
