on a green bench, with a neighbour, it looked as if we where in the middle of a lake, but there was no water. All of a sudden a lot of water comes rushing too us but it was very shallow, calm moving water, with the water there was a lot of paper cash and we wheir picking up the cash

It sounds like the bench represents a place where you are waiting and expecting something. The lake without water represents a dry place spiritual were things seem to be boring and without refreshing. Then alot of water comes rushing up to you but it is shallow. The water coming in represents change and the shallowness represents its coming at a level you can handle. I would say it looks like money is coming your way.
