I can’t help but feel more could be done. I know the vast majority of Muslims are good people so why aren’t they up in arms about how the militates are representing there faith?

I just want to know if you have ever been out of the United States?. Do you speak Arabic? How do you know what is being said?
Of course more could be done on all ends. Yes, I am sure the religious leaders are up in arms just like everyday Muslims are when they see on TV some one who is claiming to be a Muslim commit some senseless act. Muslims are dieing everyday fighting against this evil. You just don't see it. Do you really think it is just the Americans dieing for the cause? NO they are not.. I think people really need to open their eyes if they want to find out the truth of whats going on in the World. The world is so small no one is unaffected.

(This is just my personal opinion not intending to heart anyone’s feeling.)
It’s simply because they are least bothered I don't think they are there to lead Muslims or any thing or betterment of society. Now I will give my reason why I think so.
I think the major problem Muslims have in almost all Muslim countries is leadership.
If they have right leadership they wouldn't have these problems and I don't see any reason to stop Muslim nations and people from becoming a symbol of peace. There is no doubt that Islam is a religion of peace.
Now question arises here is that why don’t they lead themselves and find one leader amongst them?
Its not that Muslims are not capable of leading or anything like that. What happens is that whenever a good leader comes or any person with right intentions and educated plans rises up on the horizon he is forced backward very badly.
He is forced backwards by the nation or people who do not want Muslims to come up I do not want to name any one here.
The current leaders even if they want to do something they are bound either by sanctions or fiscal issues or other problems.
They get pressure from external powers and are stopped from making right decisions or right moves, because some one somewhere above him has pledged his dignity for money or another reason.
We have to look at the reasons of violence in Middle East who is benefiting from it, “I doubt any Muslim leader” because he has got all of his family in the same country same place.
These are all external forces.
Now how they approach to the grass root level to cause problems and make people go crazy.
They create agents with in the nation to make so called religious or political parties and hit on the sensitive points and create unrest and that is how it has gone too far to a limit of suicide bombing and everything.

Now it very easy to say Muslims are extremists and violent and every bad thing.
What do you expect from a teenager who was born in guns and bombing and killing? They didn’t just go mad over night they have been slow poisoned to this limit.
I hope I have made my point clear and I really hope one day some one can give peace to all these poor Muslim mothers and father and brothers and sister who has seen slaughter of there loved ones in front of their eyes.

There are many Muslims out there denouncing Terrorism, writing books, speaking out, and putting together marches, they just don't get as much news time as the suicide bombers. Here are some websites if you are interested. Also just go to google and type in Muslims against terrorism and you will get a whole lot more sites.

nicely, they are doing what another chief is doing, and biding their time. they do no longer desire to threat ruining their dating with Iran, or skill dating, yet helping one part or the different until now the finished subject has taken care of itself out. they might think of that in the event that they condemn the violence, the Iranians will take that as a condemnation of the management, which for glaring motives they does no longer desire to ensue.

Good question. It seems that even the moderate Muslim religious leaders are afraid to stand up to the radical jihadists.
