I have always thought my mom's neighbor is really goodlooking, but he was married so nothing ever went anywhere. Well, he has been seperated for about 9 months now and has been at my mom's house more and more lately. She cooks him dinner, he has come over for christmas and things like that. I should mention that my mom works for him (he owns his own excavating company). Anyways, he was having a memorial day cookout the other night and we all stayed up at his house drinking and sitting by the fire. My mom finally went home about 3 am. I decided to stay. Needless to say things started to happen. We didn't have sex but came very close. He has hinted at actually wanting to date, he doesn't seem to have a problem with the age difference, but I am not sure how I feel about it yet. It all seems to be going to fast. He is 43 and I am 21. What do I do?

Mature, well off financially, good looking, considerate, etc. Age is just a state of mind. He has sown his wild oats and is ready to settle down; and best of all; he is now trainable. You have your mother close at hand for advice on "how to" and yadda. Don't bother trying to please the world as you never will be able to. Do that which you want to do for yourself and be happy. To hell with everything else.

well, my aunt and uncle are about twenty years apart. In your situation, it doesn't seem like you know him well enough, or are sure you love him. By your description, he seems handsome, but you need to move slower, get to know him, know if you really love him. If you REALLY are sure after a while, then follow your heart. But if it's just gonna be a physical/joke relationship, then don't do something that wrong. Also think of your mom and what you are doing. It is kinda gross when you think about it. Your mom's 43 year old neighbor? There are so many great guys out there your age, that are good looking too.

Yes it is wrong...He would be taking advantage of you.

What middle-aged man wouldn't want a roll in the hay with a young 21 year old. What issues do you have that you would consider it.....Think woman!

I think that is 2 much of an age difference, plus he probably wants to take advantage of you, so he is leading you on, so after u guys do it, he will let u go. don't get involved, cause it my break u n ur mom, he might also think ur his gurl, so when u want to leave, he may do some crazy shet...

You are both adults. Age is just a number unless you make more of it.
