I have some breaded chicken strips that i am going to cook tonight and want to have some rice and broccoli with it. Can anyone suggest a sauce recipe to go with this. Many thanks..

1 tub of Elmlea
generous helping of paprika

We love Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, saw it recommended on here and tried it and it is so awesome!!!
There are also several Buffalo Hot Sauces out there my boys like to dip their strips in!

Mix 2 tablespoons honey and 1 mustard = Honey Mustard
Get a bottle of ranch dressing= Ranch dressing

with breaded chicken you don't really want a sauce as this will make the coating soggy (unless you like that - in which case previous recipe with tarragon and cream sounds v nice) but i reckon you'd be better off with a nice dipping sauce easiest would be mayo, ketchup, clove of garlic, dash of lemon juice, dash of worcester sauce - v nice.

healthy, tomato, let down to a thickish sauce with some seasoning and a pinch of sugar
less healthy
stock cube, dash of water, hand ful of chopped taragon and cream let down to a thick cream and a knob of butter added at eh last minute to give it a glossy finish yumyum!

saffron sauce very easy put cream in sauce pan then bring to boil add white wine then bring to boil add saffron (sell local) then simmer till reducce.
