I drink a monster every morning but today I have a huge head ache, is it ok for me to take tylenol for my head ache?

There will be no problem taking Tylenol after this drink. Maybe the drink is just too much for your body. If you continue to have these headaches after drinking it reconsider using it.

In the first place, I would recommend NOT to take a monster energy drink (or any other energy drink) every morning.
I guess it is safe you have tylenol about a couple of hours after having the drink - just in case.
If headaches persist, definately consult your physician. He will probably recommend you to stop having energy drinks every morning.
