Put a mini tape recorder in you pocket and record the next time he says it. Then once you have it on tape, tell your mgr that you have been sexually harrassed. If this does not get him fired, play the tape for a lawyer and get a settlement from the company. After he is fired, then your boyfriend can have a talk with him.

With the MGR holding you back at work, it sounds like you are a hothead, so you need to control that or they will have no reason to keep you. By the way, where do you work?

well if you have a boyfriend then the guy at work should not be doing that to you. Tell him to nock his sh** off and if he doesnt then you guys can take it up with the manager. Just warn him. ANd as for the girl, just count to 10 when it comes to work because your right you do have bills to pay so just try to keep your cool.

Uhm..that's called sexual harrassment...you should report it..not only to your manager, but to the district manager..and even corporate. Cover you own a**, and i would say, let your bf kick his a**, that's what he gets...They better not fire you. But if they do you can file an appeal...or a grievance they wrongfully fired you just because you reported someone for sexual harrassment. Good luck...and take care...
