You could be an accountant in the music business, either working for a big company or providing a service to individual bands or musicians. I have a couple of friends who work in this specialised field and they are doing quite well, I think.

You could be an audio engineer/producer. Also, you could be a software developer at a music software company like Digidesign, Cakewalk, or Sony Media.
You could also simply learn and teach music theory, which is very mathematical.
Playing drums and/or percussion has a very mathematical basis to it.
