Most people put on weight after age 40.

Any way before you try any thing, see a doctor to rule out any abnormalities (Hormone, Pituitary).

Remember it is ten times easier to put on the weight then to take it off.


Body building is opposite of weight loss. But you must understand weight loss in order to build body.

I will include my article on weight loss also.

Most people eat protein reach food and complex carbohydrates, with one thing in mind, that they have to exercise 6 days a week and they have to eat more than what they burn off each day.

If you eat about 300 to 400 more calories per day then you burn off, you have a weight gain of slightly less than one pound per week.

You need to eat about 4000 calories per day minimum.

If that does not work than slow down your exercises routine.

In extreme case you will not exercises for two weeks at all, followed by vigorous exercises routine for six weeks. Repeat this cycle again and again till you reach your goal.

meaning, your B'fast should be heavy, because after a Fast ( sleep) of 8 hours, your body needs a lot of nutrients, and so your BFast should be Heavy

your lunch should be moderate with atleast 2 -3 roti's (4-5 Slices of bread) and Dal

your Dinner should be negligible because your stomach already has many things to digest.

Drink lot of water and see how you feel.

You're not getting enough in there. If that's what you eat every day, you will be malnourished. Take a look at the food pyramid. That'll show you the balance of types of food that you need. Next, use either a blender, your mixer or a stick mixer to combine the ingredients.



Dinner

1 small chicken breast that has been roasted in your oven. Add a bit of lemon and rosemary, if desired.

1 piece of fresh bread, warmed if desired. A nice trick is to spray your bread with butter flavored cooking spray, then sprinkle with garlic salt. If you don't like garlic salt, then omit. Pop the bread into your toaster until warm and crisp.

1/2 baked potato - add as much of the no calorie butter spray as you desire, as well as parsley, then add salt and pepper.

2 cups of steamed veggies - add as much of the no calorie butter spray as you desire; salt and pepper to taste.

1 baked apple topped with 1 Tablespoon of light brown sugar, no calorie butter spray and a dash of cinnamon.

this is ok for one day but if u follow the same everyday u will eventually get bugged up eating the same kind of food everyday.......and chicken is not too good to be taken daily perhaps u could take it after every 2 or 3 days or so.......milk and tea u can take as u will......but too much of anything is not good
