Whichever one a person with ADHD wants to do. The only limitation that ADHD puts on a person is whatever limitations the person allows. Ultimately a person's individual interests and skills make much more of a difference than their ADHD. Limit yourself to a career just because you are ADHD, and it'll be an unhappy career.

My husband has ADHD. I think whatever the person is most interested in would be best. He has a much easier time paying attention to things he cares about than things he doesn't like. He's currently doing a chemistry degree and considering either pursuing a career with that or teacher's college. I think that he'd make one of those really funny off beat high school teachers and he'd deal well with class clowns and jack asses because he is one himself and that's the ADHD.

My middle daughter has ADHD. I have found she needs things to be fast paced. She is leaning toward a career in medicine. She will be getting her emergency medical technician certification as well.

I'm a bartender with ADHD.
I'm good at my job, but I certainly don't endorse pushing a kid toward this field.
But, anything faced paced and has a lot of interaction with others is best, for sure :)
