That's a good weight for your height, I reckon 20 pounds is a bit drastic - judging from you workout routine I can see why you're at a good weight, but if you're looking to get really chiseled and lean I'd say add some resistance to your workout, do much more cardio (because the key to losing weight is cycling, running and aerobics, any other workout simply does not allow you to burn fat), nd cut the fats out of your diet - more cereal to fill you up, five smaller meals during the day instead of 3 heavy ones since your diet makes you or breaks you so to speak. High protein, low fat foods such as fish and other white meat. If you get yourself a good protein supplement it actually helps to speed up your metabolism and burn fat.
Thighs and hips are the major fatty deposits on men and women, the hardest to get rid of and the last to go.

I lost 26 pounds just this past month on a "diet" called the Rice Diet. It doesn't really have anything to do with rice. It's a low-sodium, low-fat diet that basically consists of eating starches, vegetables, and fruits.
The average male loses 30 pounds a month. The average woman loses 19 pounds a month.
It REALLY works if you stick to it. And based on the fact that you workout often, it'd work even better for you.
Here is a website to start out with and look at all the testimonials and how to get started!

At 152 Pounds your about the same weight as me, I lost about 30 pounds in the last year just from playing Sporting and eating right, But i would doughty you want to wait a year to lose just 30 pounds.
I'm not an expert on this stuff at all but the basic rule is "Calories Burned to Calories taken in"
You just have to use more calories then you eat in to lose weight, so just find out how much your eating on Average and then decreases it and work out to burn some of those extra calories.
I hope that helps :)

Just Start Lacrosse. It will get you in shape like you wouldn't believe. even if you just do track or something with the school. It only takes three weeks to form a habbit, So, if do just a run or something, like 2 or 3 times a week to start (so you don't hurt yourself) and just amp it up each week, youl be stylin' on the beaches. You need hydration, but you also need nutrition so eat prtein rich foods like eggs or something for breakfast, don't do JUST water though. that's not good.i'm fifteen and i did Soccer at the beginning of the year. preseason was pritty tough, i ate sooooo much, sometines i couldn't even go through a practice without eating something, just because i would burn it off and more within the first 5 minutes of warmups.

I workout everyday too, but I pay no attention to what the scale says, I go strictly by the way I look, and the way my clothes fit. You can eat 4 small meals a day, that will increase your metabolism. Eat sensibly, lots of protein. You should always do your weight training first, then do your cardio. You burn more calories that way. And always stretch after your work out (never stretch before you do weight training). Watch how much sugar you eat, because that turns into fat if you don't burn it off.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

well, it sounds like you are at a good start by going to the gym.
what are you doing at the gym?
i've trained for many years and one thing that i have seen time and again, are women that go to the gym and don't really dig in and WORK.
i would recommend:
M-jog or walk fast on treadmill at least 1/2 hour
-do 15 minute ab workout
-go into a 1 hour yoga class
T- go to 1 hour aerobics class
- then weight train for 1/2 hr to 1 hr. work upper body, start with shoulders, lats and then biceps and triceps
- do a 15-20 min ab workout
W- repeat monday workout
R- repeat tuseday workout, except work legs
---start with core training and then work into quads, hams, hip extenders and inner thighs and then calves.
F-free day...do either yoga or aerobics and then
do an ab workout and if do yoga, run or walk fast on treadmill at least 1/2 hr.
have fun, but keep moving. don't lolly gag through your workouts.
as for eating...
remember that no matter how much you go to the gym, you will never slim down if you don't eat right.
eat in moderation. ou are working out enough to burn lots of calories and keep your metabolism up.
so, don't deny yourself things that you want b/c that will lead to binging later on.
if you want a peice of choclate cake, then go a head and eat it, but make sure that's the only "cheat" for the day and eat a lighter dinner.
i have taken the best of all the diets into one.
i think of points like weight watchers.
if i can eat 15 points for the day and a brownie is 10 points, then i know i need to slim down the rest of my meals so i can eat that brownie.
i also pay attention to the food pyramid. sounds hokey and not many people really pay attention to it and they just focus on calories, but it's not so much calories as it is WHAT you are eating.
start replacing snacks with fruits and veggies. carrot sticks, apple slices, celery with p-butter (yes, p-butter is o.k. in moderation).
eat more dairy...good dairy...drink a glass of skim milk with your vitamins in the morning. then a glass of o.j.
eat some cheerios out of a baggie on your way to work or the gym.
take a snack like some trail mix in a small baggie.
eat that at about 10am.
by lunch you won't be starved and make poor choices.
eat something with protein...chicken sandwich, roast beef sandwich, even a hot dog is fine....
eat an apple, an orange or a banana...even a cup of applesauce or a mango...whatever floats your boat
then for dinner, eat something with protein and veggies.
chances are you have already had enough carbs, so skip the dinner roll, but go ahead and eat a baked potato loaded with broccoli and cheddar.
eat a steak, or salmon fillet.
www.quickeatsplus.com
has lots of quick meal ideas.
if you're snacking at night, make em good...popcorn, fruit, string cheese.
take care and i hope i've helped!

The answer to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat. So clearly you can lose weight by decreasing how many calories you eat or increasing how many you burn. The most effective way to lose weight is to eat less calories AND increase physical activity. Start by cutting all caloric drinks out of your diet. That includes soda, juice, alcohol, iced tea, etc. Stick with water and diet drinks or maybe skim milk. Research shows that drinking sugary drinks adds calories to your diet but does not effect your appetite. Children who drink just one sugary drink a day are 15% more likely to become obese adults than those that don't. My other advice is to fill your house with healthy snacks (Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairy) and put them cleaned up and prepared front and center in your fridge (not in those draws where food goes to die). That way when you're hungry and you open the fridge those healthy items will be the first things you see. Another important thing to know is that skipping meals is NOT the way to lose weight. If you go more than about 12 hours without eating your body will go into starvation mode (Ketosis to be scientific). You bloodstream and liver store about 12 hours worth of glucose that your body burns as it's primary source of fuel. Once that is used up your body begins to metabolize fat and muscle to provide and alternative. Your metabolism slows down and your RATE of calorie consumption goes down. The way to avoid this is to eat 6 times a day, three small meals with three small snacks between. Eat when you are hungry, just make sure it's something healthy. That way you always have enough glucose in your bloodstream to keep you going and to keep your muscle mass from declining.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you are taking in. This means diet and exercise. It sounds like you want to tone your body, too. Have you thought of taking up riding a bicycle? I am not talking about casual jaunt around your neighnorhood. I am talking about buying a good rode bicycle at your local bike shop, getting a helmet, and riding at a steady good pace for an hour or 2 every other day. Riding a bike at a good speed 12mph will burn about 900 calories an hour. The faster you go at a steady pace, the better burn. This will help you tone your legs and hips.

Try to go a whole two weeks and only eat fruits and vegtables. It will slim you down quicker than anyting. You only need to loose about 15 lbs. not 20. Try walking a lot. It will help you tone up your legs and you will go from flab to fab in no time at all. Good Luck.
