If you and a girl who loves talking to you bring up sex, and you two playfully talk about the topic of sex, and she throws few hints, then she says "IF we have sex.... IF it comes to that..." would you look at it as a chance that it could happen once you play your cards right?

No, I don`t think so. If she mentions the topic of sex so easily she is either not mature enough or looks at you as a friend. There is a small possibility that she does want to have sex with you, but if there is such a possibility, the best way to find out is to simply tell her: "well, why don`t we have sex?" I mean, if she is so straightforward there is no reason for you not to be and believe me, that is the most probable way in which you could actually end up having sex with her

I think that SEX is best when you are married so, don't waste a few minutes of pleasure whereas you can wait and enjoy it later on and with the right person.
