This model has freeview integrated for only £249.99. Great price but what's the picture quality and overall performance? Many thanks

Bush as a manufacturer is definitely at the lower end of the quality spectrum.

That TV is cheap, because it is assembled with cheap components. Cheap components give poor sound, poor picture quality and dodgy reliability. That's just one of the facts of life, I'm afraid.

Remember, "Buy cheap, buy twice".

I wouldn't buy it. I t may be a good price but the quality is poor, it is built to a price and not a standard. A friend of mine bought a Goodmans 32" flat screen all the whistles and bells, it need a repair within the 12 months, it has now broken again and cannot be fixed. ( Argos - don't want to know)
I would save your money and go for Pioneer, Panasonic or Sony.
If funds are a bit tight, have you tried Richer sounds?. He sells top brand names at very competive prices.
They are not rejects or substandard in any way, he just sells them on a very low profit margin.
He has some great deals on brand names for your kind of money.
