The key is; to my mind and in my opinion only, found in the New Testament, the New King James Version. The Gospel according to Matthew 11:6 "And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.", is a quote from Jesus responding to the only sin that John the Baptist is recorded to have committed, the trap that ensnares the schooled and elderly devout, the sin of pride. One need only refuse to take up the mantle of pride, the precursor to assuming offense. Then it is apparent that one can not be offended if one refuses to take offense. Deliverance by acting upon the divine nature that is instilled by virtue of the common bond all humanity share, often called "The Golden Rule". This transcends all religions and remains the perennial philosophy, do unto others as You would have done unto You. You don't even need to believe to respect this as our inherent nature, it is common to us all. The key is ourselves acting as we are, free of offense, free of pride, connected by love.

Satan doesn't exist. That's just superstition.

People offend and get offended all the time. Just deal with it.

The Question doesn't make sense.

I've repeatedly been offended - nothing I can do to rewind history so I'll just take my points instead.

Must be nice to have Satan to blame. The rest of us have to be responsible for our own actions.
