From my knowledge, Australian Aboriginals have the oldest known Bones found, apox. 60,000 years ago. (No Religion)
And Oldest Religion has a 5,000 year History (Hindu)

Yes - to all questions. The Australian Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders have the oldest culture and religion that we know of in a distinct form. The Aboriginals have a Dreamtime spirituality with both customs, rituals, stories and other forms of worship that has been preserved for over 40000 years and beyond.

The oldest religions were just ancestor worship. In the oldest archeological sites, we see some items in the graves that lead us to believe they had some sort of rites. Sun worship was also popular early on, because the Sun is such an important part of surviving. It was easy for people to anthropomorphize it.

Only later did they morph into the organized religions we see today.
