for the headache, either take some headache pills, tylonel, advil, Aleve or use a ice pack wrapped in a towel and lay it on the part of your head that hurts a cold rag works well too
for the conjestion - Try running your shower on pure hot (or your bathtub faucet if u dont have a shower) shut the door for a few minutes let it get nice an steamy and then go sit in the bathroom with the door closed for a few minutes
I did this when my kids were babies and were conjested
its not a long term fix but it works for a while,
you could also buy Nasel spray (deconjestion)

You probably have a touch of sinusitis pop into your pharmacy and get a nasal spray to relieve your congestion in the nose, and a spoon full of 'Vick's' in a bowl of hot water and sit over the bowl with a tea towel or some other covering over your head and that will relieve your headache by clearing your sinusis. Have a good day.

either allergies or a cold or both(it's possible) try taking some decongestant(like Sudafed cold and sinus) and IB profen for the headache(advil if you dont like that pain reliever). Might want to get checked out by the doctor too to make sure it's not something else.

For one thing you should rehydrate your body. I used to get headaches a lot because my body didnt have enough fluids. Remember that sodas, coffee, and tea dont count because they all dehydrate. Water and juice will be helpful to take away the pain. Hot hower should loosen up that congestion and the fluids will get all that JUNK running right out of your system.

Have you been tested for allergies? This time of year where I live, is horrible for allergy sufferers.

Try inhaling steam. It has helped me, and it is better than self medication.
