I am assuming you are talking about a resume for seeking new employment.
1. Formal education information: school, degree, any honors, class standing. If you worked your way through college or university, let them know. Tell about your special skills.
2. Job experience. - Employer, your job function, what results were achieved, any written commendations from your superiors, was the job completed on schedule and wiithin budget if appropriate - emphasize the positive. Again, mention any special skills you used.
3. Why you are looking for new employment. What are your goal or goals.

The best resume is that which gives the true facts without exaggeration. Try to give a chronological history of your education, training and job experience, special achievements etc.
