In many African countries those who are on diets drink lots of tea. Thats a fact. So I'd say yes, without sugar.

Yes you can drink tea and on some diet programmes tea still counts as part of your daily fluid intake..however if your going to drink tea without milk, why not try green tea? Its better for you and is recommended as part of a healthy diet. I would advise you to still drink plenty of water though, its the best source! Also a good tip when dieting, is to drink a glass of water when you think you're feeling hungry. Sometimes our bodies confuse thirst with hunger! If you're still feeling hungry then of course have a healthy snack. Hope that helps, good luck!

Tea would be better than orange juice. Especially if you can stand to drink it without adding sugar. Orange juice has a lot of sugar. It is good natural sugar but it can still cause weight gain. Watch out for premade ice teas they sell by the bottle, they add so much sugar.

Normal tea with no milk or sugar is plain urgh!!

Try a herbal or friut tea - these at least taste a lot better

To aid your diet though, green tea is very good for you(apparently the chinese have drank it for hundreds of years because its meant to be very healthy and keep weight off) but you need to drink about 5 cups a day. It tastes pretty rank you but get used to it after a while

You can still drink tea, with no milk that is fine. Also you could try drinking herbal tea. But you should also drink water, try and have at least 8 glasses a day

I think stick to fruit teas, green tea and camamile, try and cut out the milk, though one cup a day won't hurt anyone. You have to drink lots of water though and not too much juice cause if you drink lots of fruit juice even those have calories in them.

Green tea is definitely good but water loses many of its minerals when boiled, and too much boiled water is not good for your body. So don't drink more than 3 cups of tea per day.
Drinking green tea 30 min or an hour before excercise helps burn calories faster.

Drink away. even with milk, It won't make any difference to a diet.

Tea is good for you anyway. PLenty of antioxidants. It won't make you slim but it is NOT going to damage the diet either. Orange juice has a lot of sugar in it. Water is good.

You can still drink tea, just moderate amounts. The best option is Herbal tea as this containes no caffeine and promotes your metabolism, which will in turn help your diet.

Black tea, or even better green tea or white tea (young green tea, no milk) is better than the orange juice as its full of sugar, and they are full of anti oxidents.
