When a kid didn't receive enough attention and affection, can it turn into a decease later on in life?

It can cause problems for the child later on like depression and things like that.

The kid can face certain mental problems like low self esteem, lack of confidence etc. There can also be a change in the nature of the kid as in agressiveness, anger etc. But there can be no physical damage to the kid.

It can cause the child to feel insecure and withdrawn. If you are feeling neglected, you need to speak to your parents or a school counselor about it.
