I'm eating salad almost everyday. I'm tired of taking too much carbs in my diet without vegetables. So..
I have these ingredients in my salad.

slices citrus:grapefruit, orange with 2 tbsp of the juice
Green and red lettuce, spinach,
white mushrooms, avocado
and few slices of honey chicken
with light ranch dressing

is this healthy? do you think I can lose a little weight by eating it?

thats just one meal -i hope. because you need at least 4 more. to lose weight you have to eat small meals every 2-3hours that way your body gets energy when it needs it and doesnt store any extra in fat reserves.
the salad sounds good except i wouldnt use that dressing - it can add up a lot of calories - i usually like just a lot of spices and balsamic vinegar.

Yes it sounds healthy but after a while it will be incredibly boring. With hardly any carb you will lose weight but you cannot keep it up forever. Carbs carry sugar into our cells, no sugar no energy. Fat is formed by unused energy not from what you eat. What you are doing is like driving a car on octane fuel all the time, eventually you will burn out. Oh and honey chicken? The honey is fattening.

It definitely is healthy. Try not to saturate your salad with dressing, though.

However, it seems like you have a misconception with weight loss and eating. Eating the salad along with a lot of other unhealthy foods won't cause you to lose weight! It is only if you replace a meal with it, or eat it along with balanced meals everyday. So eating this salad with a mcdonalds big mac meal with coke and fries wont make you lose weight. Eating it with fruits, other whole grains and veges instead will.
