do you mean just by looking at them ? of course not and you have to be so carefull who you have sex with these days alot more than just genital warts out there . good luck .

There is a blood test that can identify if you have HPV. The symptoms are often not visible, so you may not be able to visibly identify if someone has genital warts.

It's hard to tell as they are not that heavy so anyone could carry them. I don't think FedEx would knowingly.
