Ask your Mom what she needs. Your mom should know.

If you can, check her temp. That way you can know if she needs something to bring it down. Try offering her some crackers or bread. Have her also sip on some water or ginger ale. Or flat coke works for her stomach also. Since she has asthma, keep checking her breathing. Don't be afraid to call the paramedics if she can't breathe or has trouble breathing. Ask her also what you can do for her. Is she has a fever and has chills, don't let her use a heavy blanket. Have her use a light sheet. No hot showers either if there's a temp. This will feed the fever and can cause some serious effects on her and make it worse.

You are really sweet! and have a lot of responsibility for a 13 year old! My momma was sick when I was young alot too, just be there when she needs something, keep her cold water beside the bed like you are already doing. Try not to worry so much . I know it is hard though, you take care of you!! too.

I have asthma also, can she breathe? if she threw up that usually starts the anti histamines going into the body and starts the breathing, surprisingly but, watch her. Don't get her to warm. It's nice to cover her up but, sometimes getting to warm starts an attack.
If she can't breathe, don't hesitate to call an ambulance, I know they're expensive but, the County can pick it up. Tell them she's an asthmatic and having an attack. That's the best thing to do. Or, if you have someone who can drive take her to the ER and they'll give her a shot to aid her breathing.

You may not be able to drive her to the doc, but you are old enough to CALL the doc tell him whats going on and see what he suggests! If he recommends that she come and see him, surely there is a family friend or neighbor who would, at the very least give her a ride there!

You may be too young to drive, but if she starts having trouble breathing you are old enough to dial 9-1-1.
