any CFL lightbulbs are good. they are the same. the only thing u have to worry about is the packaging because most are packaged in plastic containers which is not good for the environment. i would suggest these 4pack lightbulbs from your local Walgreens they package their lightbulbs in paper with a litle plastic film but there are still recyclable.

Most brands will work well and you can get different brands from Ikea's bulbs to other places. If you make sure they have the Energy Star logo, they are supposed to be lights that are of a certain quality that are closer to natural light than what people used to think of as fluorescent light and also will light up quicker than some other CFL's that have a lag before lighting.

If you can afford them LED light are but they run about $50-60 for one light bulb that would produce the same light aas a 100 watt incandecent would. If you can't afford that then the CFL's are the next best step.

If you want an environmentally sound light bulb, go back to incandescents. Their manufacture is considerably less damaging to the environment than fluorescent or LEDs.
